Welcome to Moviloo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.moviloo.com), mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moviloo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after the modified Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guangdong Province, China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and Moviloo. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
