At Moviloo, we strive to get your jeans to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below is detailed information about our shipping destinations, costs, and delivery times to help you plan your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

1. Mainland China
- Orders ¥299 and above: Free shipping
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (via major domestic couriers like SF Express or JD Logistics).
2. United States
- Orders $100 and above: Free shipping
- Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (via USPS or FedEx).
3. United Kingdom
- Orders £80 and above: Free shipping
- Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (via Royal Mail or DPD).
4. Canada
- Orders under CAD 60: CAD 10
- Orders CAD 60–CAD 99: CAD 6
- Orders CAD 100 and above: Free shipping
- Delivery Time: 8–12 business days (via Canada Post or Purolator).
5. Australia
- Orders under AUD 70: AUD 12
- Orders AUD 70–AUD 119: AUD 7
- Orders AUD 120 and above: Free shipping
- Delivery Time: 6–9 business days (via Australia Post or DHL).
6. European Union (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain)
- Orders €100 and above: Free shipping
- Germany, France: 4–6 business days (via DHL)
- Italy, Spain, Austria: 5–7 business days (via DHL or local couriers).
7. Japan
- Orders under ¥6,000: ¥1,200
- Orders ¥6,000–¥9,999: ¥600
- Orders ¥10,000 and above: Free shipping
- Delivery Time: 4–6 business days (via Japan Post or Yamato Transport).
Remote Areas
Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas (e.g., islands, rural regions). If your location is classified as remote by our courier partners, we will contact you via email to confirm the additional cost before shipping your order.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and vary by region. Moviloo is not liable for these fees, and they are not included in our shipping costs.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, extreme weather, or courier disruptions. If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days from the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team at
service@moviloo.com for assistance.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (at your cost) or request a refund (excluding the original shipping fee). Unclaimed orders will be processed for refund after 30 days.
