Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Remote Areas

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, extreme weather, or courier disruptions. If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days from the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team at service@moviloo.com for assistance.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (at your cost) or request a refund (excluding the original shipping fee). Unclaimed orders will be processed for refund after 30 days.
