At Moviloo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jeans, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please read the following details carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The jeans are in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at service@moviloo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible orders within the country).
- Return the Item: Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package, and ship it back to our warehouse using the provided label. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.
- Process the Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will initiate the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We do offer exchanges for items that meet the same eligibility criteria as refunds (within 30 days of delivery, unused, and with tags intact). Exchanges are available for:
- Sizing issues (e.g., requesting a different size of the same jeans).
- Color or style preferences (if the desired item is in stock).
How to Exchange:
- Contact our customer service at service@moviloo.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the details of the item you want to exchange it for (size, color, etc.).
- Upon approval, we will send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping the original item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost (standard shipping). If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size/color sent by mistake), please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at service@moviloo.com, including your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage, defect, or error.
- Our team will verify the issue and send you a prepaid return label (for all regions) to return the faulty item.
- We will either:
- Send you a replacement item of the same style (if in stock) at no cost.
- Offer a full refund to your original payment method.
- Provide store credit with an additional 10% value as a gesture of apology.
Please do not return damaged or defective items without prior approval, as this may delay processing.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Jeans that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Final sale items (marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page).
